What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you contact us yourself — through the contact form, by email, or by phone. On that occasion we may collect:

This website carries out no automated profiling or automated decision-making.

We process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to your enquiry and providing the information you request. Should we wish to send you promotional content in the future, we will do so only with your prior consent.

Retention period

We keep enquiry data for at most 24 months from the last contact. If an enquiry leads to a contractual relationship, we retain the data for as long as our legal obligations require.

Recipients of data

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be accessible to service providers who help us operate the website and communicate with you — for example our hosting provider (Coolify-hosted infrastructure) and our email provider (Google, via the Gmail service). All such providers are bound to confidentiality and to processing data in accordance with the GDPR.
